• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all items. However, as most items are pre-owned and unique:

• Colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings
• Minor wear consistent with age and use is expected
• Significant defects will be disclosed in the item description
• All sales are final unless item is significantly misrepresented

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer both local pickup in North Carolina and shipping to select locations:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Local pickup must be arranged within 7 days of purchase

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our items:

• All sales are final on correctly described items
• Returns accepted only if item is significantly misrepresented
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be returned in original condition
• Buyer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was misrepresented

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Spencers Treasure and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spencers Treasure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
